Chris and Sue Kull have been selling real estate since 1994 and have closed over 1,000 homes across three states. Since settling in Palm Beach County, they represent buyers and sellers across Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee and the western communities, from first-time buyers to luxury and equestrian properties.

Sue Kull holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, and their senior work includes helping older homeowners and their adult children coordinate a sale around a move to assisted living or a smaller home. That work means coordinating with estate attorneys, title companies, clean-out crews and contractors — and often working with adult children handling a parent's home from another state.
